Ms. North began her career with Steptoe & Johnson in 2000 as Office Manager of the Martinsburg office. 

Ms. North has formal training from a two-year college in New York in the paralegal program.  She has worked in the legal profession for approximately 26 years beginning as a legal secretary for two small law firms in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.  She then worked for a large, well know firm in upstate New York as legal secretary and office manager. 

Ms. North has been involved with the Society of Human Resource Management for eight years on the national level and in both the Winchester, Virginia and Martinsburg, West Virginia chapters. 

Ms. North’s spare time is taken up by several different hobbies, including reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.
