Anthony Caldwell concentrates his practice in the areas of public finance, taxation and commercial transactions. Mr. Caldwell is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Caldwell gained experience in both public and private industry accounting. While in public accounting, he performed entity financial statement reviews and compilations and consulted for several of his clients. While in private industry accounting, Mr. Caldwell served as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist for a Fortune 150 corporation and also spent time as a Corporate Controller.
