Bradley Shafer focuses his practice in the areas of labor law, employment law and workers’ compensation. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court. Mr. Shafer provides counseling and advice to assist clients in managing and controlling workers’ compensation claims. He has provided counseling to doctors and other health care providers regarding patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. He also provides similar counseling to employers on employee privacy issues and HIPAA.
