Brian Gallagher concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development, commercial transactions and business organizations. His experience includes significant involvement in retail, office, residential, industrial and mixed use real estate development and all aspects of commercial transactions and financing. He is title insurance agent for five national title insurance companies and has insured title for a wide variety of projects including shopping centers, office parks, mixed use developments and industrial sites. Mr. Gallagher is the leader of the Real Estate and Natural Resources practice group of the firm. He is also the Managing Member of the firm’s Morgantown office.
