Mr. Johns concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and personal injury defense and focuses on defending nursing home/long term care facilities. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, several of the Florida intermediate appellate courts and the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Johns regularly defends physicians, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes, and home health care nurses in medical negligence actions. He has:

• Defended sole practitioners, group practices and hospital employees
• Represented doctors, nurses and health care facilities before state licensure boards
