Chris Slaughter practices law in the firm’s Huntington, West Virginia office, which he helped open in September 2003. Chris represents employers in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and, of course, West Virginia, in labor and employment law matters. His practice is evenly divided between counseling and litigation. Chris has tried cases before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and he regularly litigates arbitration matters. Chris’ clients include companies in the construction, energy, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.
