David Dick offers a unique background of "hands on" and executive experience prior to entering the practice of law. For 15 years, Mr. Dick was employed in a number of human resource management positions, both plant site and corporate, at numerous locations by FMC Corporation a Fortune 150 diversified manufacturer with over $4 billion in sales. Mr. Dick has had long-term assignments with responsibility for as many as 2,300 employees and budgets in excess of $7 million in FMC's chemical, food, pharmaceutical, defense, materials handling, and international businesses. Mr. Dick is a member of the firm’s Long Term Care team and the NLRA team. He also chairs the Workplace Safety team and the Associates Professional Development Committee.

Mr. Dick has taught Labor Law and Employment Law as an Adjunct Professor at the West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Morgantown Chamber of Commerce and various bar associations. Mr. Dick is recognized in the 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business and in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of labor and employment law.
Mr. Dick received his legal education at West Virginia University College of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in Labor Relations.
