Doug Lee practices in the area of workers' compensation defense. He has focused considerable attention on the defense of occupational injury and occupational defense claims. He has practiced before the Workers’ Compensation Board of Review and the Occupational Pneumoconiosis Board. He has also represented employers on Appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Lee is the leader of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group.
