Eric Hulett has litigated and tried a variety of cases in state and federal courts and is licensed to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Hulett is a member of the ABA Construction Law Forum, ABA Tort & Insurance Law Section, ABA Litigation Section, Defense Research Institute, and the West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Hulett also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Berkeley County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
EDUCATION
Mr. Hulett received his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Virginia Tech. He has also served as an adjunct professor in legal studies at the College of West Virginia.
