Mr. Hare is admitted to practice in the following states: District of Columbia; Louisiana; Maryland; and West Virginia. He is a member of Labor and Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association and each state in which he has been admitted. He has written several labor and employment articles for the Louisiana Law Review, and he was editor of the Virginia Labor Scene and Special Union Report newsletters. He is also a regular contributor to the West Virginia Employment Law Newsletter, and has given seminars and speeches on a variety of labor and employment matters to numerous community, civic, business and trade organizations.
Mr. Hare has testified before the Maryland State Legislature on behalf of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, and is a member in the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
EDUCATION
Mr. Hare received his law degree from Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was a member of the Law Review and received several awards. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Baltimore and also received an MBA from Tulane University.
