Jamie Leary counsels corporate clients on a wide variety of ERISA and employee benefits issues; drafts plan documents and employee communications for pension and welfare plans; advises on day-to-day benefits issues; and prepares governmental filings for qualified and nonqualified plans. She also has experience in reviewing executive compensation issues and advising on fiduciary regulation matters.
