Mr. Cropp offers advice on how to comply with state and federal law and represents employers in the following areas:

• Hostile work environment claims
• Employee handbooks
• Fair Labor Standards Act requirements
• Wage Payment and Collection Act requirements
• Deliberate intention claims

PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC ASSOCIATIONS

Mr. Cropp is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar, and the Harrison County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Cropp is a member of the Bridgeport Kiwanis Club and a class member of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce 2002 Leadership Harrison class.

EDUCATION

Mr. Cropp received his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review. He received an undergraduate degree in political science from James Madison University where he graduated magna cum laude.
