Mr. Callcott is a frequent speaker and author on employment and litigation related topics, with an emphasis on technology issues. He also serves as the chairperson of the firm’s Electronic Discovery Committee.
EDUCATION
Mr. Callcott received his law degree from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He has also been awarded the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
