Katrina Mailloux concentrates her practice in the areas of contract and regulatory law pertaining to healthcare issues. Ms. Mailloux's healthcare practice involves the representation of individual and corporate clients in various healthcare matters, including contract review and preparation, Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse, self-referral limitations, healthcare compliance, risk management and general healthcare issues. In addition, Ms. Mailloux has extensive experience advising clients regarding compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA").
