Ken Barton concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial litigation, real estate and estate planning. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts in Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia and has also argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Barton is the Managing Member of the Martinsburg office.
