Regina Pickens began her career with Steptoe & Johnson in 2003.  Prior to coming to Steptoe & Johnson, she was Controller and later the Chief Financial Officer of Grafton City Hospital.

Ms. Pickens graduated from Fairmont State College with a degree in business administration with majors in accounting, management and marketing.  She holds a graduate degree from West Virginia University in Public Administration.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Pickens is a member of American Legal Administrators, the West Virginia Society of CPA's, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
