Steve McGowan is an experienced trial attorney who has tried a variety of cases in the state and federal courts. His investigative experience as a former Military Police Investigator and as a West Virginia State Trooper complements his skills in the litigation of complex cases. He has appeared on behalf of clients in the courts of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Kentucky. He has also argued appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
