For over twenty-seven years, Susan Brewer has focused her practice in the area of litigation, focusing in professional liability. She has tried over one hundred jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and has been involved in appellate proceedings before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals. She is a longtime member of the firm’s Executive Committee and previously served as Managing Member of the Morgantown office. Ms. Brewer has been named managing member–elect and will become CEO effective January 1, 2009.
