Tim Stranko focuses his practice in the areas of public utility and environmental law, and represents clients in both federal and state venues on a variety of environmental and regulatory matters including the Clean Water Act and West Virginia Public Utility law. He has drafted and lobbied into existence major environmental and utility legislation in the West Virginia Legislature. Tim formerly served as general counsel to a municipal water, sewer, and storm water utility.
