Mr. O’Brien is a native of Buckhannon, West Virginia.  He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2007 and practices in the firm’s Clarksburg office.  During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Irene M. Keeley, Chief Judge of the Northern District of West Virginia, in the summer of 2005 and for Steptoe & Johnson in the summer of 2006.  Mr. O’Brien is also admitted to the federal courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
