Ryan J. Morgan has joined the Business Department of Steptoe & Johnson and will practice in the firm’s Charleston office.  Morgan will focus his practice in the areas of energy, coal, oil & gas, real estate and municipal law.  He received his legal education from West Virginia University College of Law.  In addition, Morgan received his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College.  Morgan formerly served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of Tyler County, West Virginia, as well as a sole practitioner.
